If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided that you notify us by email at hello@bellaworld.com. within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving your order.

Please include your order number in your email. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your products.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In their original, intact packaging

• In a re-sellable condition

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
