Order Questions

We currently ship to the UK and all other international destinations. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout

Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods or promotional events.

We only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives faulty or damaged.

If this happens, we kindly ask you to notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@bellaworld.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review this promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We offer a worldwide tracked delivery service using trusted logistics partners including Royal Mail, EMX, C3 Express, and Aramex, depending on your delivery location.

Shipping costs are determined by zone, with a full breakdown provided below.
All orders placed before 1pm UAE time, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on customs and local courier schedules.

On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Bella along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery. If you haven’t received an email containing the tracking link, please reach out to our Customer Care team at help@bellaworld.com.

We always strive to provide the best possible service. In case your package was lost or you received it damaged, please reach out to hello@bellaworld.com so we can help you as soon as possible.

We are very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please ensure to take photographic evidence and tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, we kindly ask you to notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@bellaworld.com, quoting your original order number with the pictures of:

  1. The damaged item
  2. The inner and outer packaging

Payment Questions

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, additional local payment options may also be available at checkout.

If your payment has failed, please try the following:


  • Double-check that your card details are entered correctly

  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online purchases

  • Try using a different payment method or browser

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider. You’re also welcome to reach out to our Customer Care team, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your invoice.

If you have an account with us, you can also find your order history and invoices by logging into My Account on bellaworld.com.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is a consumption tax applied to goods and services in many countries.

Where applicable, VAT is included in the product prices shown on our website and will be clearly outlined at checkout and on your invoice.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank will convert the cost of your order into the relevant currency.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. We do not cover these costs so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.

No — using expired makeup is not recommended, as the formula may change in texture, color, and performance. Always check the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging and discard products past their shelf life.

Subscribe & Save is currently available on selected products that are most commonly replenished. This helps us ensure consistent availability and the best experience for our customers. We’re always reviewing demand and may expand subscriptions to more products in the future.

You can access your account by clicking the account icon at the top of our website and logging in with the email address used at checkout. From your account dashboard, you’ll be able to view and manage your orders and subscriptions.

To change your next order date:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you’d like to update
  4. Adjust your upcoming delivery date

Changes must be made before the order is processed.

Yes. You can change how often your subscription is delivered by logging into My Account and updating the delivery frequency under your subscription settings.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time via My Account. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future orders.

If you’ve previously cancelled a subscription, you can reactivate it by logging into My Account, navigating to Subscriptions, and selecting the option to reactivate. If you don’t see this option, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

Yes. You can update your shipping address for future subscription orders by logging into My Account and editing your subscription details.
